The Mellow guys & gal were their usual efficient helpful selves.

I brought my vehicle in as the warning light suddenly came on indicating low coolant levels. Nick checked it out and noticed I had a major leak which really precluded my continuing to drive the car. It was 3 p.m. and he got the part and had it fixed by 5 p.m. that same day; I was SO grateful for the quick service and realize that not every day I'd be that lucky but the team at Mellow is very good at doing everything they can to make the customer happy!

I was supposed to have a quick turn around for windshield wipers and oil change but ended up there for 3-1/2 hours because Nick talked me into a complete inspection which ended up showng a few potential problems and no real solutions except to monitor. More importantly, I think Nick needs to communicate better with customers. He should have explained how long it would take and when I asked him to check with the mechanics on timing, he said they didn't like to be disturbed! Next time I would prefer to schedule when Rick is around.

I am pleased with the provided service. Great customer interface.

MM was able to accommodate me on short notice. Diagnosis was quick and repair timely. Pricing less than "ballpark" at Sonnen. These guys are pros!
