We heard about Mellow Motors through family who highly recommended this business and the people who work there. We were not disappointed! Starting with Liz, who is the first person one speaks to when setting up your appointment. She's friendly and ready to help. We were fortunate to get Andrew to work on our car. We had been having ongoing problems with our Audi for a couple of years and he was able to diagnose and solve matters quickly. It's nice to have such a great group of people that we can rely on in the future for our automotive needs.

I have had great experiences with having my car inspected there for past two years; services done in timely manner; knowledgeable, efficient, excellent, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

I have a Volkswagen 2019 E golf that I bought used and absolutely love, but has given me anxiety every time I go to charge it. From Day One it was always a guessing game, one that I would often lose, of whether it was going to charge or not. I took it to the dealership and they wanted to completely replace the entire charging module, quoted at four grand. Their explanation was flimsy, and when I talked to Nick on the phone, he took his time and confidently explained why he thought that this was not the actual problem with the car Nick and his team took care of the issue for significantly less, and now my car charges without issue. Mellow motors made me feel like a real human being when they talk to me and were extremely knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back here again. Highly recommend!

I have been a loyal client of Mellow Motors since I moved to Marin 3 years ago and their whole team has been exceptional at keeping my Mercedes Benz 300 SLK in perfect running order. From rides home to home pick up, always fair pricing for parts and labor and friendly experience. I want to say thank you to Nick, Liz and Omar and the team for their great work at keeping me and my car on the road.

Weird problem. Rats chewed through wires and the car would not start. Simple repair was to replace the wires. The problem was they had to take much of the engine apart to reach the wires. Ouch. Quick diagnosis, quick repair and very good communication othe issue.

I hardly ever write reviews that are good but I brought my Mini Cooper to Mellow Motors because I heard they were specialists with these cars. After bringing "Pepper" in the first time and getting a mis- diagnosis, the owner Nick agreed to let me bring it in again for a re-diagnosis at no charge. Just let me tell you he took it upon himself to make this situation right by personally texting me for two straight days about anything and everything that they were doing to diagnose this very mysterious problem. This may sound dramatic but he went above and beyond what any mechanic has ever done for me in my entire life, seriously. He is honest, straight forward, tries to save you money, and just a cool guy in general. He gets it and he knows how to run a business and make his customers satisfied which is a practice that is hard to find these days. 5 stars all day.
