I had an excellent experience with Mellow Motors. They were able to diagnose and fix an issue with my car that several other mechanics couldn’t figure out. Since their repair, my car starts up smoothly and drives perfectly. They were also incredibly accommodating with scheduling, arranging a lock-out option so I could drop off and pick up my car outside of their normal business hours. Even when one minor issue persisted that hadn’t been caught the first time, they had me bring the car back in and resolved it without charging anything extra. Their customer service, honesty, and expertise truly set them apart. Highly recommend!

Always easy to connect with Liz at the front desk. Very professional at every step of the way. Easy to collect car & very quick turn around. Estimates matched final charges & were detailed. Most grateful to have found a local shop I can trust.

I've been a Mellow customer for over 10 years now, and they've always taken care of us. (I've even referred them to my Mom!). It's a pretty great feeling to have a true trusted advisor for your cars. I don't always love the news that I get about our cars, but I do always trust it!

Ever since Ford built the model A, cars have needed service. Mellow Motors is the best in the business, by far and away! You won't find many (maybe none) Fords in their shop but for my Porsche and my BMW there is no question where to have them serviced!

Excellent experience from booking appointment through diagnoses and recommendations. I brought in my Lexus with transmission problems. Nick performed diagnosis and gave clear description of the issue, options, and his recommendations, which did not include spending additional $$$ on services that were not likely to solve the issue. This may seem standard, but was a welcome change from shops (including dealership) who recommend unnecessary services. Above and beyond, as they weren't able to fix my transmission, Nick didn't charge me for the diagnosis services!
