What a breath of fresh air when it comes to BMW service and repair. The Mellow Motors team was efficient, honest and effective in identifying and resolving the issue with my car. I'll be coming here again.
Great service: my car, a forest green BMW we call Emerald Le Chassis, started making a horrible clunking noise. I called Mellor Motors on Monday 3/28 at 8:00 and they said bring it right in. They replaced the water pump and belt and the car was good to go early afternoon.

Always excellent service and I trust them implicitly. My first experience with them was really complicated, took weeks to resolve due to manufacturer issues and MM didn't end up making a dime (factory recall). They were helpful good humored about the whole thing and I have been happy to take my business away from the dealership and give it to Ric. Plus, the whole 60's hot-rod vibe is too good to pass up.
From Liz to Nick to a fun visit w/ Rick, everyone was exceptionally nice. The 'personal touch' is evident and much appreciated. Service was done in record time; I opted to wait in the waiting room. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone who will listen to me. Thank you ... All 3 of you!
After fifteen years of excellent service, I can only thank you. Everyone is very helpful and kind. You diagnose and repair exactly as you represent. I have never had to take the cars back after you have cared for them. Great service.
