My experience with Mellow Motors was positive from beginning to end -- starting with the phone conversation with Liz who was adorable. I so appreciate the shuttle to and from work while my car was being worked on. And, Ric was very helpful in explaining in detail what was happening with my car. I felt that he was knowledgeable and trustworthy and will be bringing my car back. I also loved that they gave me $25 off of my service and sent my friend (who had referred me) $25 within two days.

Great service: my car, a forest green BMW we call Emerald Le Chassis, started making a horrible clunking noise. I called Mellor Motors on Monday 3/28 at 8:00 and they said bring it right in. They replaced the water pump and belt and the car was good to go early afternoon.

They do a great job!
