Just as expected. Nic walked me through the Maintainace to be done, showed me options, said it would be done early afternoon and would call if anything else needed attention. He called and said I would need front pads soon and gave me a quote . Have to give a shout out to Liz who was also very detailed and helpful and engaging. The initial quote was less than the job done and by using their online reservation I received a $25 discount in addition. Nic and Liz are the kind of people you will like and feel like more than just another customer. My first time with Mellow Motors and recommend that you seek them out. They are also CSAA recommended.

My wife brought her older VW bug to Mellow Motors after having no luck with another repair place was unable to find the problem. MM did a great job of finding the problem and fixing in a short time period. I then brought my vehicle to them for repairs as they are very polite and run a tight ship. Great people and they know their stuff!
