Called me to agree any additional work that was found necessary, and had the car ready on schedule as promised. They took me to and from home in their customer service car. A first class experience. I love these guys/gals. I have been using Mellow Motors since my warranty expired on my BMW. They have been wonderful, down to earth, super honest and very reasonably priced. Definitely five stars for me.

Mellow Motors was everything we wanted in a service visit. After receiving some "questionable" advice/recommendations on what needed to be done on our car, we brought it to Mellow and had each item checked. Some things did indeed need to be fixed (and they were, quickly, at a very reasonable cost), some things were wearing but had many miles left, and others had even more time before they were likely issues. Mellow mechanics discussed the pros and cons of each, and we were able to make rational choices with significant cost savings. Fantastic!
