Considering the fact that my car is almost 20 years old and very close to "retirement", I feel I am receiving the type of service (and not "over servicing") that I am looking for. I have taken my car to Mellow a number of times and their service is excellent. Recently I took it in for transmission problems. Ric was honest and forthright in that the transmission assembly was probably not worth repairing on an older car like mine and didn't even charge me for the diagnostic.

Responsive and friendly. They accomodate drop-off and pick-ups. Only difficulty is their limited hours (8-5 weekdays and closed on the weekends). Rick is trustworthy and explains the repairs with you in detail if needed. I recommend without reservations.
